2 – SENSORY EXPERIENCE – RETURN TO FLIGHT
This section of the Teacher Workshop relates how the
criterion of "Sensory Experience" is shown
in the Liftoff product. It describes a lesson dealing
with the compilation of data based on NASA’s Return
To Flight of the Space Shuttle. This topic deals with
the recent Columbia accident and the analysis of the
results to determine the cause of the problem.
The section then provides a demonstration of the lesson
showing the aspects of Sensory Experience featured in
Liftoff.
